An animated short from a few lines of story, with the same little ghost in every clip
Write the story beat by beat and say how long it should run. Zoromi designs the characters, places and props once, plans the clips and animates them with that cast. Review the plan and the displayed price before anything is generated.

Boo from his reference design to the last clip
These frames come from The Little Lost Ghost, a seven-clip animated short made at 480p from a twelve-line story with the note "Running time: about 1 minute". Nothing was retouched. Boo keeps his round white body, his knitted hat and his navy jacket from the hilltop to the crowded street to Hazel's lantern.

How it works
- Step 1
Write the story
A few numbered beats and a running time are enough to start.
- Step 2
Review the cast and the plan
See each character's design and what every clip will show.
- Step 3
Generate and assemble
Make the clips, redo any one of them, and assemble the film.
Write it as beats; the plan does the shots
Each line of the story becomes part of a clip: a window, a chase, a crowd, a rescue. A running-time note in the story sets the length the plan aims for, and a longer story is planned as more clips rather than squeezed into fewer.
The characters are designed once, from the story's own words, before any clip is made. Every clip is animated from those designs, so the little ghost who leaves home in the second clip is the one who flies back to his parents at the end.
What you decide
Choose the look - this short uses a 3D animated style - along with the aspect ratio and the resolution, then read each clip's plan. Generate a clip again if a take is not right, and put the takes you choose together into the final film.
Questions
Can I make an animated short from a few sentences?
Yes. The Little Lost Ghost started as twelve numbered lines and a running-time note, and became seven clips. A longer story is planned as more clips.
Will the characters look the same in every clip?
Each clip is generated from the same character designs, which keeps faces, outfits and colors consistent across a short like this one. No generator is pixel-perfect, so watch the clips and generate one again if a detail drifts.
How much does an animated short cost?
Pictures, video clips and audio use Gems; costs depend on the selected settings and amount of content. Review the displayed price in the workspace before generating, and see the pricing page for Gems packs or optional monthly plans.
