What Coins are. Coins are prepaid credits for watching episodes in the Zoromi Theater. One Coin is worth one US cent inside the service. Coins are not money, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged outside the service, and are not a deposit.
Prices and packs. Packs, the number of Coins per episode, and any free episodes are shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase. Prices may change; a change never affects Coins you already bought.
Using Coins. Unlocking an episode spends Coins and is normally final once playback starts, subject to any cancellation or refund rights required by law. An unlocked episode stays available to your account while it is on the Theater. If its creator removes it from the Theater, episodes you unlocked before then stay available to your account, unless we remove them under the Theater Terms, subject to your rights under clauses 5 and 11. Coins may also be converted into Gems at the rate shown on the page; a conversion is final.
Expiry. Purchased Coins do not expire while your account exists. Promotional or gifted Coins may expire on the date shown when they were given.
No refunds. Coin purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. Where the law gives you a right to a refund (see 11), that right is not affected. Outside that, any refund is at our sole discretion, case by case, and never more than the unspent part of a pack; a refund is not a right and a past refund does not create one.
Chargebacks and disputes. If a payment is reversed by your bank or card issuer, the Coins from that payment and any episodes unlocked with them are removed, and we may suspend purchases on the account until the matter is settled.
Errors. If an episode fails to play because of a fault on our side, the Coins spent on it are returned. Please contact support@zoromi.studio within 30 days.
Account closure. If you close your account, or we close it for a breach of the Terms of Service, remaining Coins are lost. Where the law requires, unspent purchased Coins are refunded instead.
Taxes. Prices shown exclude taxes unless stated. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout.
Changes. We may change these terms for future purchases by posting the new text here; the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
Law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA (the same as the Terms of Service), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms of Service. Consumers in the EU or UK keep the rights their local law gives them that cannot be waived, including any applicable 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase.
These terms are part of the Zoromi Studio Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to interpret these terms and to decide any case they do not expressly cover.
