Delete your Zoromi Studio account
You can delete your account in two ways:
- In the app or on the website: open Account, open "Account deletion", type DELETE and press Delete Account. Open Account
- By email: write to support@zoromi.studio from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it.
What is deleted
Your account and what you made here: books, videos, uploads, projects and your library, along with your messages and support tickets. Unused Gems and Coins are lost, and an active subscription is cancelled. Where the law requires, unspent purchased Coins are refunded instead.
What we keep
Payment, payout and tax records; works published in Zoromi Theater, for the people who bought them; records the law requires us to keep, such as child-safety reports; and, for an account closed for a serious breach of our Terms, a one-way fingerprint of its email address. Copies in backups remain until the backups are overwritten.
When we cannot delete yet
While a safety review or a payment dispute on the account is open, we may be unable to delete it.
